新西兰内政部办理加签及海牙认证Apostille and Authentication时间延迟。

由于新冠疫情影响，新西兰内政部办理认证的人员短缺，从而造成办理时间延迟，时间在21个工作日或者更长。

因此办证人士请做好时间安排规划。

以下是新西兰公证协会的通知：

Delays at the DIA Authentication Unit

Dear Notaries

The Society has recently received communications from the Authentication Unit.

Please be advised that due to Covid19 related staff shortages, DIA counters will be closed from Monday 14 March until further notice.

Current timeframes to complete Apostille and Authentication applications is now 21 working days and in some cases longer.

If you are requesting a Translation for your document, your documents will be Apostilled/Authenticated when the documents are received back from the Translations Team.  The above 21 days does not include the time it takes to translate your document.

Only applications that fall under the below categories will be considered for urgent processing  

Court Cases

Urgent surgeries or serious illness

Adoptions

Death repatriations

The Secretary
