英属维尔京BVI公司经济实质申报截止日期。

BVI实体的经济实质申报的截止日期如下：

2019年1月1日之前设立的实体：第一个财务期间於2020年6月29日结束，申报的限期為该财务期间结束后的6个月。

2019年1月1日或之后设立的实体：第一个财务期间自註册成立之日起一年结束，申报的限期為该财务期间结束后的6个月。

公司应在申报限期前一个月提交经济实质申报，以确保足够时间进行处理。

请注意，除非实体已在2016年1月1日之前被除名，否则现行法律并未豁免被除名的实体提交经济实质申报。

Reminder for Economic Substance Reporting (BVI)

Please be reminded that the deadlines for Economic Substance reporting for BVI entities are as follows:

For entities incorporated or formed before 1 Jan 2019: The first Financial Period ended on 29 June 2020 and the deadline for the reporting is 6 months after the end of the Financial Period. 

For entities incorporated or formed on or after 1 Jan 2019: The first Financial Period ended one year from the date of incorporation and the deadline for the reporting is 6 months after the end of the Financial Period.

Companies should submit Economic Substance reports  one month prior to the deadline to allow time for processing.
