关于注销的英属维尔京群岛BVI公司也需办理经济实体申报的通知。

自从英属维尔京群岛BVI公司经济实体申报以来，要保持公司正常状态，就需要按时办理申报手续。

根据BVI代理人的最新通知，对于注销的公司，如果也在申报期间内，也还是需要办理申报手续，否则有罚款产生。

具体如下：

With the Economic Substance legislation fully in force in the British Virgin Islands, reporting processes are now under way. Starting 1 July 2020, companies deemed 'in scope' of the legislation must file their Economic Substance information to the International Tax Authority (ITA).
While some of these 'in scope' companies are already dissolved, Economic Substance reporting is still necessary to cover the period when it is still active.
Please note that failure to report may result in significant penalties. As such, it is important to take action promptly.
