随着美国文书在中国使用的越来越频繁，对于美国公证书的需求也随之增加，根据目前国内要求，美国公证书在使用前，必须办理好翻译。

说明：宣誓：affidavit  宣誓人：affiant

参考翻译：我郑重声明如下：……

说明：handwriting：笔迹   autograph signature：亲笔签名  deposit：存档

参考翻译：本人非常熟悉该公证员的笔迹，或已将后附文书上的签名同本办公室存档的亲笔签名进行比对，本人认为后附文书上的签名为该公证员的真实签名。

说明：under and by virtue of theauthority： 根据授权；under和by virtue of 在法律文书中单独使用时均可表示“根据”。这有点像汉语中的“叠词”。

参考翻译：本人XXX，根据XXX第XXX条规定的授权，特此证明：……

4.     I hereunto set my hand and havecaused to be affixed the official seal of XXX this 13rd day of April, 2015, in theyear of our Lord.

说明：set my hand：签名have caused the document to be affixed the official seal：盖公章（在委托其他人签署文件时，常用have caused the contract to be executed by XXX）。“the year of our Lord”：表公元年

参考翻译：本人于公元2015年04月13日在此签名并盖XXX处公章。

说明：调整下语序，即“To all whom thesepresents shall come to, Greeting”，come to意为‘涉及’，presents意为‘文件’。

参考翻译：致本文件所有相关人士

6.     My commission expires April 13,2015

说明：commission在公证文书中一般表示公证员任职

参考翻译：本人任职有效期至2015年04月13日。

7.     This Certificate is invalid ifit is removed or altered in any way whatsoever.

说明：remove or alter：删改

在公正文中，此句有时也这么写：Removal or alterationvoids this Certificate.

参考翻译：本证明删改无效。
