根据2017年最新的外国人在华工作管理规定，凡是在华申请3个月以上工作许可的，都必须提供所在国出具的无犯罪记录证明，同时办理好公证认证手续。

新西兰无犯罪办理指南（New Zealand Criminal Record/Criminal Conviction History）
新西兰无犯罪申请，需要填写请求表，提供身份文件，将两者一起发电子邮件或邮寄给新西兰司法部。
新西兰境外申请无犯罪证明需要的材料：
无犯罪记录请求表 ：Requesting your own criminal conviction history from outside of New Zealand form ；
下载，填写完成后打印并签字；
也可以打印空表，全部手填，但是为了保证内容清晰，建议填完后打印，然后扫描；
填写注意事项：step3中要选上 full record那项。
个人身份文件：新西兰护照、驾照或枪支许可证，或其他国家的护照。
New Zealand Driver Licence – can be current or expired within the last 2 years, but cannot be cancelled, defaced or a temporary licence.
New Zealand Passport – can be current or expired within the last 2 years, but cannot be cancelled or defaced. It must show your signature.
Overseas Passports – must be current and cannot be expired, cancelled or defaced. Must show your signature.
New Zealand Firearms Licence – must be current and cannot be expired or defaced.

新西兰无犯罪处理周期：20个工作日（不包括邮寄时间）。
新西兰无犯罪证明邮寄费： 如果需要快递邮寄，需要自己支付邮寄费给快递公司。
If you want your criminal conviction history letter to be delivered by courier to an overseas address you will need to organise the courier and pay the fee for delivery.
The courier fee needs to be paid directly to the courier company, not the Ministry.

1、新西兰无犯罪证明复印件

第一步：委托新西兰当地的国际公证律师进行文件的公证
第二步：把公证好之后的文件送往新西兰外交部办理认证
第三步：把文件送往中国驻新西兰大使馆办理使馆认证

3、无犯罪证明的有效期是半年，因而需要申请办理时需要注意办理时间
